Placing an order and order acceptance.

Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.

In order to use this Site, you must or may be asked to register on our site and agree to provide truthful information when requested. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.

Registration and Password.

You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorised or unauthorised by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use or your registration, user account or password.
You place your order request for services and products from the Site by clicking on the “Check Out” or “Sign Up” button at the end of the online ordering process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement by email providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your Paypal account, credit or debit card.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right not to list websites that do not meet our entry criteria.

Listings entry criteria: all businesses submitted to eStoresToday must:

  • have online ordering and secure card payment facilities (exception:  businesses and service providers that support and are in connection with ecommerce – example: e-commerce education);
  • have been registered in the UK and have UK address;
  • contact information (incl. address} needs to be available on the website;
  • website’s main language has to be English;
  • take payments in pound sterling.

Description of products.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products and services appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the Site at any particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Payment.

All prices indicated for products available via the Site are end prices and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges set out in the Shipping section (this page will be available only when we add pysical products to our site) of the Site providing it is a physical product. All virtual products have no delivery charge.

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payments section of this website. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer, or Paypal. If your payment is refused or not authorised for any reason we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of goods.

Passing of property.

We will retain the legal ownership of the goods and services until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods and services will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Risk.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.

Delivery.

We will deliver the goods to you in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. As the majority of goods and services in this site are virtual/digital, the delivery will be free of charge.
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries.
Ten Star Store Limited does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party.
As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to allow you to:
exercise your right of cancellation; and address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

Acceptance.

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Procedures. If not such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you have not received the entire order as detailed on the order acknowledgement email sent to you when an order is received, please contact us by email support@estorestoday.co.uk.

Cancellation and returns procedure.

Please note that you may cancel the order if you give us notice by email before the expiry of a period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day of delivery of the goods or services. In this case we offer a full refund.

We also offer a full refund if your listing doesn’t meet our website entry criteria.

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched (physical products), please inform us immediately by phone.

Should you wish to cancel your order after 14 days when your listing has been already approved by admin, please contact us by e-mail support@estorestoday.co.uk. At that point we can’t refund it, but we can delete your account from our directory.

Reviews and Ratings.

By default, when you sign up to eStoresToday.co.uk as a business you accept that your company can be reviewed by your customers and other users of the site. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we believe haven’t been posted by the customers themselves or where we believe the reviews may not be genuine.

Rules for reviews.

Negative reviews must give some information about why the customer was dissatisfied with the product or service which they received. Reviews which fail to give any details of why the customer was not satisfied with the product or service which they received may be removed.

Negative reviews which are posted anonymously – under a false name will be removed.

We reserve the right to remove or transfer reviews away from a business account when the business comes under new ownership.

We reserve the right to remove any reviews that do not conform to our terms and conditions without any recourse or communication with the company the review was written about.

Note! NO UNCLAIMED LISTINGS CAN BE REVIEWED. ADMIN WILL NOT APPROVE ANY REVIEWS FOR UNCLAIMED LISTINGS.

Claim a Listing

If you haven’t signed up yet – you can search your business. If your business has been added to our directory, you can claim your business listing by filling in the form with an email address and username.

If you signed up first and want to claim your business listing after that – you need to be signed in, then go to the listing page and claim the listing as an active user.

What happens next:

Your request will be sent to admin for approval. Until approval the listing claiming status is ‘Pending approval’. If you are signing up with an email address which isn’t displayed on your website, admin may contact you by email or by phone number found on the website for verification.

After approval you will receive access to the FREE package. If you want to buy FEATURED or FEATURED PLUS package, you can do this in your Profile page.
