If the business have added eStore review form to their listing, there can be added star ratings to the review.
The meaning of the star ratings:
one star – modest
two stars – good
three stars – quite good
four stars – very good
five stars – excellent
Does the low star rating mean that the website is not good at all? No, it is not that straightforward, different people have different taste and different ideas how a website should look like. There are also many other reasons why people give modest ratings and write modest reviews.
